What You'll Need: 1 (28-ounce) can diced tomatoes, 6 cups vegetable/chicken broth, 1-2 cups shredded cooked chicken (optional) Cooking Instructions: Remove bag of rice from jar and set aside. Add remaining contents of jar plus diced tomatoes and broth to a large pot. Bring to a boil then simmer, covered, 2-3 hours.
