While making a starter from scratch can take up to 3 weeks and rehydrating a traditional dehydrated starter can take 4-6 days, our Rapid Ready Sourdough Starter is uniquely developed to be ready to use in as little as 36 hours. Each starter package is 50 grams will also include printed instructions on how to rehydrate and maintain your starter.
