INGREDIENT STATEMENT: Grain products, plant protein products, processed grain by-products, forage products, dicalcium phosphate, monocalcium phosphate, salt, calcium carbonate, vitamin A supplement, vitamin D3 supplement, vitamin E supplement, choline chloride, niacin supplement, calcium pantothenate, riboflavin, biotin, menadione sodium bisuflite complex (source of vitamin K activity), thiamine mononitrate, pyridoxine hydrochloride, vitamin B12 supplement, ferrous sulfate, manganous oxide, zinc oxide, copper sulfate, calcium iodate, sodium selenite.
FEEDING DIRECTIONS: Feed as the sole ration to growing and finishing pigs for at least 3 consecutive days and no more than 12 consecutive days to provide a total of 4.08 mg Fenbendazole per lb body weight. For 60 lb pigs consuming approximately 2.7 lbs/head/day, the total dose will be attained in 5 days. For 180 lb pigs consuming approximately 5.1 lbs/head/day, the total dose will be attained in 8 days.
