Tools Needed
Honor Guard PPZ Fungicide can be applied with backpack sprayer or handheld pump sprayer.
Do not apply this product through any type of irrigation system.
How to Use
- Step 1: For turfgrass applications, mow your lawn at least one day in advance prior to spraying or wait until treated grass is completely dry before mowing. Determine how much Honor Guard PPZ Fungicide to use by calculating the square footage of the treatment area. To do this, measure the length and width of the treatment site in feet then multiply together (length X width = square footage). Depending on the fungi, use between 0.5 to 4 oz. of Honor Guard PPZ Fungicide per gallon of water per 1,000 sq. ft. For general disease control in landscapes, apply 6 to 8 oz. of product per 100 gallons of water every 21 days. Do not apply more than 16 oz. of product per 1,000 sq. ft. per calendar year nor apply more than 5.4 gallons of product per acre per calendar year. Do not exceed 4 oz. of product per 1,000 sq. ft. every 30 days on any variety of bermudagrass.
- Step 2: Fill your selected sprayer halfway with the required amount of water, add measured amount of Honor Guard PPZ Fungicide, and add the rest of the water. Provide sufficient agitation during mixing and application to maintain a uniform emulsion.
- Step 3: Under light to moderate pressure, apply mixed solution to the top and bottom of leaves until wet. Make sure treatment areas are dry before application. For control of foliar diseases, allow sprayed area to completely dry before irrigation. For control of soil-borne diseases, this product can be watered in after application.

Use Honor Guard PPZ Fungicide on cool-seasoned turfgrasses, new seedlings in the 2 to 3 stage leaf growth, sod, nurseries (field), landscape plantings, herbaceous ornamentals, woody ornamentals, and nonbearing fruits and nuts (nurseries and landscape plantings).
