What You'll Need: 1 pound lean ground beef/turkey/chicken; 1 (28-ounce) can diced tomatoes, 1 (12-ounce) dark or amber beer, 6 cups low sodium beef or chicken broth Cooking Instructions: In a large pot, brown meat and then use a paper towel to remove excess fat. Add contents of jar plus diced tomatoes, beer, and broth. Bring to a boil then simmer, covered, 2-3 hours, stirring occasionally, until beans are tender.
